By accessing and placing an order with [Your Company Name], you confirm that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all export transactions related to rice and stone products from our website.

1. Products & Specifications

All product specifications (weight, size, grade, moisture content, color, texture, etc.) will be as per the details shared in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Agreement.
Natural variation in stone color, grain, or rice texture may occur due to natural origin and is not considered a defect.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in [USD/INR/Other Currency], FOB/CIF/CNF as agreed.
A minimum advance of [30%-50%] is required to process the order. Remaining balance must be cleared before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (TT), LC (Letter of Credit), or as per the mutual agreement.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, port delays, or force majeure events.

4. Quality & Inspection

5. Packaging

Rice is packed in moisture-proof, food-grade bags.
Stones are packed in wooden crates with proper padding and fumigation (if required by importing country).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns & Claims

Due to the nature of international trade, no returns are accepted unless there is a clear quality dispute supported by evidence.
